Works fantastically great!

Just do not expect to see the name Hinzonek on it! Every review I read says the same thing about this. I have seen several other names on this item. The product looks the same, other than the name on it. However, it works great! Heats up quickly, and consistently with the temperature you select. I am very pleased with this product. But do not expect to see the name Hinzonek on it!

I got this to run my 3 gallon still. It's done a great job. Without any over heating. For something like my little still. I do always have to stay present. I found it shuts off. every two hours. If you're not adjusting heat. I was however able to just turn it right back on. So I had no trouble doing what I needed to do. When running a still. You're better off using something that doesn't have a open flame. It's not an explosion hazard. Like using a propane set up. It handled a 3 gallon still like a champ. So I can highly recommend this item. especially if you wanted to cook somewhere. Say for a picnic or something.

If you figure out the instructions, call me!!

The instructions are pure gibberish. The keypad I received differs from the instructions. There is a FUNCTION key shown on the sheet and the machine has WATTAGE in its place. The ON/OFF switch may not work well. The fan continues to run and HOT PLATE keeps indicating on the display screen. Even after 30 minutes of cooling the fan and light are still going, I became impatient with it and unplugged it since the pad cool to the touch. I was fortunate to find a video online from a different brand. In a few seconds that video gave me enough information to operate this hot plate. The vid is in Hindi or some other Middle Eastern language but there were enough English words that I could understand the gist of what was being done. Okay, enough whining about that . Let me say the units' ability to heat is very rapid and I was able to switch cooking kevels easily. I am looking forward to actually cook on this.It is designed to handle up to a 10" flat bottom pot or pan.
