Brilliant Compound.
I've been lifting weights for about 15 years and have tried hundreds of different supplements powders and pills. Until I was given the opportunity to sample and review Hims and Hers collagen powder (I'm a him) produced by grass fed bovine. it honestly works better than any other protein I've ever used.I would never have entered my mind to attempt it (as im a whey protein fan)If you're looking for an honest review here it is. Give it a shot you'll see it's better than what you're using most likely.
Works great!
I've been using this supplement now for 3 weeks and I have to say that I'm impressed. I've been putting a scoopful of the powder into my coffee and I don't notice the flavor changing at all. However, I also tried using the powder in cold drinks and it didn't work, the powder curdled up into a blob - so that was a no go. I'm definitely noticing a positive change in my hair as it is thicker. One of the oddest effects is in my eyebrows. As a man in my 40s my eyebrows are an area of low concern except for renegade hairs that grow in weird directions. Well, in the past week I've noticed a bunch of hairs on both eyebrows growing very quickly to the point where I had to trim them all. So, it's safe to say that I can definitely seeing it having an effect on hair growth. I'm also noticing positive effects on my fingernails. I've been having trouble with one of my nails cracking near the tip for the past 6 months and no only has a crack from a month ago healed completely, my nail seems very firm and healthy looking. So, positive results there as well! So, all in all, I'd have to say I'm impressed by the product as I'm definitely starting to see some real world results with it.
Great stuff
Great stuff. Dissolves quickly. No taste (maybe a little taste, but not like other brands. It's more like I can sort of tell it's there....) Seems to be working on my skin and is definitely helping my fingernails. They are much stronger. I don't need to keep them under gel polish to keep them from breaking anymore! I eat a lot of meat and protein in general but my nails were very weak and broke frequently if I let them get the least bit long. They are much better after (sometimes sporadic) collagen use.I'm sticking with this stuff and this brand.
