The stools are good looking and comfortable but poorly manufactured. The screws that hold the stools together are a little too short to bolt into the chairs if you use the washers supplied. So, you have to assemble without the washers to compensate for the shortness of the screws. Also, every stool had at least 1 rubber foot pad that was broken and they don't supply extras. Due to the leg design, you cannot go to the hardware store and purchase replacement foot pads. These rubber foot pads come already plugged into the legs. The manufacturer should consider supplying extras and they should not pre-install them. And finally, two of the chairs had ripped fabric while still in the box and packaged. On one chair it was underneath so it will not be seen but the other chair was observable. I don't think these stools will last long but they are nice looking until such time that we need to replace them. Customer Service was very helpful though in sending replacement parts but they do need to tweak the screw sizing, foot pad issues and packaging of chairs so that the chair material doesn't rip in transit due to abrasion with packing materials and leg parts.
