First of all I am a 70 year old woman and bought for my youngest granddaughter, The assembly directions could have been clearer and I could not find a youtube video specific for this item but google was helpful. You also will need the correct tools such as a short handle screwdriver. It took me approximately four hours to complete the car assembly after some deliberation. One problem was strength to pop fenders on the car without breaking the plastic tabs. It would have also been nice to have customer service to contact with questions or online. The first charge did not take long, so hopefully that is a good indication for the future. The car appears to be very sturdy, all parts were included and the large box it was in arrived in very good condition. I also like the fact it has traction on the wheels, as we live in a rural area, so it will be used a lot on grass or gravel surfaces. I feel confident it will hold up to future use. I would highly recommend this item and I think my granddaughter will be very pleased. This is one of the better reviews I have given lately, and I am very pleased to do so. I hope quality to being restored.
