Great product easy to assemble and my daughter loves it!

This seller will not issue a refund when needed and uses a tactic where they request more and more details hoping you will fail to keep communicating, as well as asking for several days to do the next step. They also send a card saying they will send you a free gift if you leave a review but does not send the gift. They say it takes awhile for Walmart to post your review and asks if they can check back with you in a few days, but again, they do not and only use this tactic to keep it ongoing and unresolved. Hopefully Walmart will help me resolve my return and can do something about this seller and their scandalous business practices.

ordered as a christmas gift for our 3 year old, arrived broken on both sides of wheel motors. Unable to contact seller for a replacement. Phone does not work, they are not responding to emails. Paid a lot of money for something that is broken and they will not make it right. very disappointing.

The wheel won’t stay close to the tire for it even to go and dont reach the speed of what it says it does
