Shattered table top

I am very disappointed. I sent two request back to the company. The table top was shattered when I got received it and I just wanted a new table top sent to me. They did not send me any requested. They received my damage report they were supposed to send me a request within 48 hours they have not did that yet, I put everything together and I'm still waiting to hear something back. That is the only thing that I'm waiting to hear back from. I have pictures that it was shattered when I received it. I just wanted it replaced the table top. That's all that's the only thing that was wrong. It was shattered when I received it , other than that is fantastic thank you very much
