It is wonderful. It is like having a cup of soup or a cup of tea. It is great that it is sodium free. We have it almost every day for break with a little fruit %26 a few crackers. it holds us over until lunch. with the cold weather coming it will really help war us up.

Prefer this over salt

I use this frequently when making soup or flavoring stir fry. Also, my grandsons love Ramen noodles but have had to cut back on salt because of blood pressure. I replace the flavor packet with one of these sodium free packets and they love it.
