Hemani Cracked Wheat Coarse commonly called as Bulgur (dalia) is a very versatile staple of South Asian cuisine, usually used for savory preparation like upma meetha or namkeen dalia. Also used in pilafs, soups, bread, chicken and vegetables, meat and grain dishes. Cooking instruction: Wash thoroughly, drain, soak & drain again. In a pan cover with water, add salt or sugar to taste, bring to boil. Lower the heat, stir lightly & cook until soft and tender. Drain excess water.
