It's been a week of me using this product and I work at a pet store so my hands are usually super dry after work from touching and cleaning fish tanks. After working I would wash my hands and my skin would get super dry so this product worked very well. I would say I did get more comments that were great that my hair look super cool and healthy and I'm asian and I have long black hair. Another thing would be that my nails looks better and are growing faster.

Amazing hair growth and thickening
I want to recommend these gummy vitamins to anyone who wants their hair to grow. I had lost gobs of my hair and I had to cut my hip length hair off to shoulder length so it would not look so thin. I began using these gummies and my hair has grown like a weed. In 3 months it is half way down my back and it has thickened up as well. I can't say it did anything for my skin and nails though. I can say that they taste so good and I was never a fan of gummies.
