What. A. Giant. Pain.
I ordered one of these and it was the baby bass color. Doesn't say that on the site though, but I really liked the color so I ordered another one. Second one I got had a slightly crushed package and the rear trebel hook didn't have any action, it was basically sort of stuck. I tried to ask Walmart to replace it and instead told me to return it back to the store and didn't do a replacement order. I called back and they said I should just place another order. I fixed it myself by spending about 10 minutes taking it apart, bending the metal anchor piece, and putting it back together to avoid standing in line to return it, and placing another order of $35 or more to get free shipping.
