Heavyweight FullZip Hooded Sweatshirt with Thermal Lining

Bought a sweatshirt for my son for Christmas… he wore for 2 weeks and the hood is coming apart. Spent $52 for this sweatshirt, wrote to the company numerous times stating there's a defect, and KIWI STATE-OF-THE-ART INC - Will NOT do a switch. So my suggestion don't buy if it's this company, and check your item thoroughly. I feel they are not a company that likes to work with their customers. Mind you I bought 3 sweatshirts from them, and this one is a defect. Sad how they treat their customers.
