proprietary nozzle designed to force users to purchase entirely new reservoirs rather than refilling the old one. you can break the lock with a little bit of effort and study then replace it after refilling. never over pay for these ridiculously expensive "refill" reservoirs. such a rip off. should be criminal. it's purell/jo-jo, not the merchants.
