Ride your bike indoors during bad weather.

This bike trainer is easily assembled with the easy to understand instructions. I have an urban street bike which fits the stand perfectly. It's easy to put your bike in and easy to remove. There's no wobble when the bike is properly installed and the rear wheel is properly tightened. The rear wheel tensioner let's you set the street feel your prefer. This is a well built piece of equipment, very sturdy. I can set it up on the porch and easily fold and move indoors when there's bad weather. It can fold and store away between uses. I think the sound is similar to the sound my bike makes on the street. This is an easy to assemble and easy to use bike trainer, I would recommend to my friends.

Best, Cheap and Durable product so far

Perfect. Absolutely perfect for me. I weigh 255 lbs and I have been punishing this sucker for about 2 weeks now. With a cheap Walmart Shwinn Bike, comfort saddles, gel gloves, cadence and speed sensor's attached, rear tire replaced with cheap Michelin trainer tires (not tacx) and most importantly FREE GCN training videos off youtube FREE Wahoo app from Play store, I was able to setup a awesome cheap indoor trainer on my own. To those who are considering peloton and other costly stuff, try this setup before you go over there.

This bike trainer is good... if you have a bike that has a quick disconnect please use the quick disconnect supplied... it will hold the bike centered in the stand... the connection wont be perfectly straight but close enough... the bike will be higher then in my case 26 inch mongoose by 6 inches so i use a step stool to mount the bike... learn how to gear a an 18 speed to use it correctly keep the pressure min. and add lib the instructions when installing. good luck I love mine. PS the bike remains sturdy in the mount just you rock like actually outside. noise is not a factor but there is a wine....
