Nicer then I thought it was going to be honestly. Finding headbands that are super absorbent while exercising is difficult to find. I'm on zwift in a garage that gets pretty hot and it actually caught a solid amount of sweat. Now for the plastic piece on the inside i don't know if it's actually doing anything but I found the whole thing effective and I'll buy more.
