Purchased this item and really enjoy them.

I don't understand why there is such a disparity in the prices on line and in the site, very frustrating and confusing. I'm on a disability with stage 4 cancer and the deals are on line but you have to by x dollars to get free shipping. The prices in the suite are higher, so what is your endgame? Why don't you, the same company match your own prices I the store? You are going to force customers to shop your competitor for small purchases.

used one afternoon felt great but when wet they slid and almost fell I took back to store and they told me no worn merchandise can be returned they pointed to water marks I was just exchanging for smaller size but they said no... lost me as customer

Crocs are great and that's no crock

I bought 2 pair about 5 years ago. I wore them every day around the house and yard. They aren't worn out but the are worn. So I bought another 2 pair. I hope to get similar service from these. I have arthritis in my feet and knees. Crocs are my most comfortable foot wear. They are shoes that are shaped like a foot, not a foot shaped like someone idea of a shoe. I just wish I could get a full shoe this comfortable.
