Does not activate unless you hit it or are LOUD

I'll start off with what I liked about this. The price, they way the arms and head move and the size. The face is detailed and scary looking so that's a plus. What I dislike: You practically have to hit it on its head to even make it activate the noise and arms moving. Not very practical. Bottom is flimsy.
