I am 52 years old and as far back as I can remember my mother has always used this very name brand of green beans and she was raised on beans out of the fields and gardens not in a can like this but in our canning jars yes. However, as life changed and the family's needs changed to the point it was like life was on speed dial she as well as several of the ladies in our community, family, especially the church ladies and gentlemen used these as a go to for almost all of our gatherings because they simply were good just placed in a pan or in a pot heated up or even cooked down with or without adding anything and everything you could imagine!
