This bra is perfect! I'm a size 38B and bought an XL. The cups are a bit big, but that's what I wanted since I plan to use this bra for a wearable breast pump. The material is stretchy enough that it shouldn't over stretch the bra when the pump is inserted and firm enough to hold it in place. The back clasp is extra long, so if you're broader and worried that the band will be too small if you order based on your cup size, it will still fit. I definitely recommend this bra!
