quality I've come to expect from hamilton beach from mini flex coffee pots kettles personal blender mixer and even can opener. My original flexbrew has outlasted every keurig by 5 years now and still making great coffee. i love single in a hurry cup to i don't want to get up or company 12 cup 12 cup carafe

i have had this coffee maker almost 6 months the first 3 months were great. love the stainless steel carafe so theres no hot plate but still warm for hours, but it pours terribly slow and drips down the side of the carafe unless you take the top off and risk dumping alot out at once, no worries easy to adjust to pouring slower and touching sides of carafe and cup to avoid spills. but then it started requiring several (2 then 3 then 4 before we gave up) brew cycles for it to actually brew a full carafe. we trued descaling but it didnt help. the k cup has and still does work flawlessly thankfully so its not a total loss but very bulky to only use that part so we will probably replace :(
