This product is perfect for cutting meat. It does a great job. I bought it to cut corn off the cob for the freezer. For that the handle is not economically designed. It's very heavy when you're doing a lot of corn. But for meat, this product is excellent.

Giving it 2 stars because it came with the case busted on the end. It was shipped in original box with no extra packaging and the box shows damage. The plastic for the case is very fragile plastic. This was a gift so there was a great disappointment for me as the gifter and the recipient.
