This product has functioned perfect once the purchase, a second smaller model did not so their company policy is sending me a new model! I love how the device circulation system rotates around the entire machine catching what blows through my homes entry way, and keeps the air throughout the room easier to breath in. Make sure to check the owners manual for company details because their customer service is super easy to work. Once I notified Humsure-us of an issue they were responding within 24 hours!
