I've been wearing these work boots for the better part of a year already. I admit these were not my first choice, but my usual brand was out of stock. I have been pleasantly surprised! They are exactly what I need them to be-safety toe and waterproof. They've also proven to be quite durable. The only thing I dislike is that I have very flat feet that overpronate; there's no structure in the boots to counteract that. I purchased arch inserts, which help. I don't think they are heavy, and I really appreciate that I haven't even had to replace the laces, which until now would always shred:) Aside from the need for additional arch inserts, I really like these!
