unfortunately,, didn't like it and returned for a credit to the credit card. Canceled the first chair ordered because i didn't want the warranty. Was told the chair was canceled by e-mail. Received not only the canceled chair but the other one i purchcased. The first chair has been returned back to the vendor. Waiting on F/E to pick up the other chair. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Didn't want to answer questions. And there were NO INSTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX ! WHAT THE HECK ARE THEY SUPPOSED TO DO?!
