Building seems sturdy. Instructions weren't clear so the door frame got put on wrong and then couldn't be fixed without taking it all apart, so my husband just framed up a wooden door and built a door from scratch. I would advise a sturdy floor and bolting it to the ground/flooring because it's light and with the winds in NC would blow away. Otherwise it's a great building for the price. Took a day and 2 men to build, ladder needed for roof and we ended up calling to water proof part of the roofing
