OMG - it freakin' works!
I almost NEVER give 5-star reviews, but this stuff works! *I put TWO droppers full in a small amount of herbal, ( chamomile ), tea, hold it under my tongue, swish it around in my mouth, and swallow. ( Do NOT take this "straight"; it will burn your mouth! ) No, it doesn't taste all that great, but for someone with an anxiety disorder - IT WORKS! ~*~ I am a 5'2"/128lb female - IOW : A large male may need more? I give my 6 ft/200 lb hubby three droppers full. ( My dosage makes me sleepy; his dosage only relaxes him, and "takes the edge off". Hope this helps! May G*D comfort, heal and guide all who suffer with anxiety <3

I have been using this product for several years very satisfactorily, and was concerned with social distance in the small shop from which I had purchased; In addition, I am in LOCKDOWN, and incapable of shopping. With the new rules, I must change my buying habits, and chose to order on line.

Excellent!
I like to use few drops of this before bed to help with falling asleep from time to time and I think it does help. There is a strong taste of lavender, so it won't be for everyone, but I don't mind it at all. It's bit expensive, so I don't use it daily. Overall, I really like Herb Pharm's products in general.
