good as inexpensive costume prop

The back hard plastic tabs allow this hat's size to be adjusted. It would fit an average adult's or a child's head. The crown is small and short - not much hat at all. The fabric is thin polyester. This is just good enough. After the Halloween party (costumes required - ugh.) this goes into storage.

No shape. Just material sewn together. Good for a costume but definitely not for railroading.
