One of the Dr recommended to take Lemon Balm tea before two hours of bedtime. I tried this and worked well, getting sound sleep, balancing our hormones to sleep better. I tried with adding honey, so with honey it tasted wonderful, not sure how only the tea taste, maybe I can try plain team sometime.

Love the flavor and color for the price!

A friend recommended I try this tea for various reasons. My favorites are the flavor, which is amazing combined with my other herbal inflammation mixture which includes hibiscur, ginger, and turmeric, balancing the tart and bitter with sweet. My next favorite is the color, which is prettiest shade of purple regardless of how you dilute it. I use 2 round tea bags a day and believe it has had other benefits, but could be a placebo effect, who knows ;~) If you're looking for something sweet and blue/purple for a party, or just something to spice up your daily tea time, this is a great choice and the price for quality fits my budget perfectly.

I love this tea! Not only is it good for your health, but it is also delicious!!! I can't let myself run out of this. Besides that, it is so pretty to look at in your cup!!! It's the most beautiful shade of blue! I have already recommended it to my kids %26 many of my friends who are also tea drinkers. I love it by itself, but others enjoy it with honey! Either way, it's absolutely delicious!!!!
