Don't waste your money!

I sent an email 8/23 to the manufacturer: I live in Rochester, NY, but purchased the product before summer to ensure it wasn't cheaply made. I loved it, but wouldn't be able to use it until the weather changed. At this time, I also was healing from a broken foot, so I wouldn't be able to use the cot until after my doctor approved moving without a medical boot. I was able to be more mobile on June 1st, but continued with my boot for another 3 weeks. So, we folded it up and put it back in our garage. (No one wants a tan line in a boot.) By the end of June, I was able to use my chair. Unfortunately, I was only using it when construction workers weren't working. In any case, I was only able to lay on it 3 times. It tore the 3rd time. This was approx. 2-3 weeks ago, but I wasn't able to find time to email you regarding this issue. I have a 2 year protection plan through Allstate (purchased from Walmart); however, the user's manual indicates to contact you first. They told me it was out of warranty, but would contact the manufacturer to see what they can do. They offered $40 toward the chair, and I took it. I want a full refund. I'm NOT happy! I tried to contact Square Trade on-line, but have to call due to COVID. That's my next step.

Cheap! Split down the side when my friend sat in it. Faded also. Hoping the second one at least makes it through the rest of this season. Im very disappointed in the quality.
