Compare fat and calories in PAM vs. butter, margarine and oil. PAM (1 second spray); Fat(g); Calories 9. Butter/Margarine (1 tablespoon); Fat(g) 11; Calories 100. Canola Oil (1 tablespoon); Fat(g) 14; Calories 120. A 1 second spray covers a 10" skillet. Directions:. 1. Important! Point nozzle towards red mark on can. 2. Shake well. 3. Spray can upright about 6 inches from unheated cook/bakeware.
