Tab is too easily broken!!

Just installed the Arm shower with 6 way diverter, everything is great except for this one piece. The tab is too easily broken on this. Just putting it on exactly how the instructions say to install it will cause it to break! Delta needs to design a change and make the tab a little more robust.

Poor Quality

We have purchased multiple Delta faucets and have been pleased with their products in the past unfortunately we cannot say the same about this product. The The temperature control knob is plastic cap and breaks very easily. Very disappointed in this product we now need to spend additional money to replace the part and are having difficulty finding it locally.

They don't last long

We've gone through 4 of these in our 4 years and need to replace another one now and I expect we'll have a need for another soon. They feel like cheap plastic when you put them on and they last about as long as you'd expect from cheap plastic parts. At least so far the Delta customer service has been pretty good about standing behind their products.
