Glidden® Fundamentals® Interior Paint is a low-VOC, low-odor liquid paint that provides good hide, coverage, and washability. Recommended for use on properly prepared concrete/masonry, metal, drywall, plaster, and wood. Select the best sheen for your project. Flat is an ideal finish for ceilings, bedrooms and low traffic living areas. Eggshell is an ideal finish for walls in all living areas including kitchen, bathroom and living room. Semi-gloss is an ideal finish for trim and interior doors. Gray Shadows is a soft, warm, sandy gray and the undertone is brick. This color is perfect to paint a study area. Combine it with deeper wood-toned colors.

I used this to paint my dining room. After applying the primer first, one coat of paint was all that was needed. It is excellent paint, with no odor at all. Also, it doesn't drip all over the floor, or splatter specks of paint everywhere. There is no need whatsoever to spend triple the price for those other paints.
