I purchased 2 of these for my home as I have 2 units in my home, the technology is plentiful, easy to setup, operate and the functionality is high level. I would recommend this if you need a new thermostat, the accuracy is so much better than the thermostats installed by the builder. I like that this can be connected into your smart home network and the responsiveness is next level. The cost is super reasonable for what you get.

Intuitive and flexible--easy install.

Easy to use. Very intuitive screens and flexible programming steps. I like this more than any other thermostat--plus the colors on the screen are pleasant. It does require "C" connection or 24VDC wiring. We were able to use a spare wire on our old thermostat wires to pick up 24VDC from our heater control board and create a "C" wire to use with our 40 year old gas heater. I really like the iPhone interface to the thermostat as we installed it in a vacation home and can easily see and change temperature settings. This was exactly what we were looking for.

Great Replacement units

We replaced both of our older Honeywell with the WiFi Smart Color Thermostat as one of them had lost the ability to connect to WiFi after an electrical surge caused by an outage. They were older Honeywell products but very reliable, so we decided to stay with Honeywell products. Installation quite easy, we just followed the pictures I snapped of the old wiring and everything just matched up perfectly. Enjoy the scheduling feature, as well as the app on my iPhone. Smaller than previous, but I can now read temperature from across the room. Highly recommend.
