Love this griddle grill!

Love this grill! My hope is it will live longer than the typical 4 years that I get out of a traditional grill. Since none of the drippings come in contact with any of the burners etc I really think it may last! I love that this version comes with a lid and I also plan to cover it with a grill cover when not in use. Be sure to watch the YouTube video on how to properly season and maintain the griddle surface and this grill should last a lifetime! I love the style and the storage capacity. The size of the cooking surface is amazing and I love grilling vegetables and other small items and not losing them through the grated like i did on my old grill. Lots of recipe videos on YouTube look great and I can't wait to try them! The finish seems more durable for my hot and humid environment than the traditional stainless steel finish on other grills. It doesn't seem like it will rust and pit like my previous grills did. We shall see!

I bought this in December of 2020 and wanted to wait some time before my review. Okay, this griddle is amazing. It can do everything you would want it to do. You can cook fast, really fast, or a little fast. Either way be prepared to stay busy when cooking. For all the people complaining about dents and problems. Blackstone has amazing customer support and will make it right. My lid had a few dents in it, very cosmetic and would not impede my cooking experience, truly just an aesthetic problem. After registering my product all I did was contact blackstone. They asked for pictures and before I knew it I was taking with a rep. He apologized and offered to send me a new lid free of charge as well as $50 worth of extra accessories. Because I spent over $100 on accessories I opted to get the new heavy duty cover for when I store it outside in the summer. This griddle cooks amazingly even. It does eat three propane so have at least one spare tank at the ready. Get this griddle. You won't regret it. So far three of my buddies have went out and bought this griddle after eating at our house.
