As per one of the reviews the item was received in damaged condition, however with some repair work it is serviceable so I'm not taking the trouble to return it. The box it was sent in was flimsy. Otherwise the item is as described and useful for my purposes. Someone has to get to this company to tell them their item needs better protection in the mail.
