Instructions
Boiled Crabs: Place 10 quarts water, 2 bags Shrimp & Crab Boil and 2 lemons, quartered, in large crab pot. Bring to boil. Add 1 dozen crabs; return to boil. Cover. Cook on medium-high heat at least 15 minutes or until crabs turn red. Boiled Shrimp: Place 1 quart water, 1 bag Shrimp & Crab Boil, 1 tbsp.  salt and lemon, quartered, in large saucepan. Bring to boil. Add 1 lb. large shrimp; return to boil. Cover and cook on medium-high heat 3 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Serve hot or refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with McCormick® Cocktail Sauce.

POOR EXCUSE FOR SHRIMP BOIL
The very worst let down ever , this poor excuse for a shrimp boil belongs in the trash can . I was excited to get started , expecting a good flavor but my evening meal was ruined by the HUGE let down , bland taste . I will never buy this again and have already thrown the second bag in the trash .

Packaging
Apparently, fairly recently, the packaging changed from the mesh to plastic with little holes. When the plastic gets hot the bag dissolves. Spices are scattered all over the pot. We are dissatisfied with this as we just like the flavor, not all the spices all over the food.
