I give them to my 16 y/o son who has really bad insomnia and has a hard time staying asleep. These are his saving grace! He sleeps throughout the night and feels rested in the morning. I'm so happy for him and thankful for this product. I'm glad that it is all natural and drug free. He's already on medication for other conditions and I don't want sleep aids mixing with his regular meds, so this is perfect!
