Great taste, so-so texture, kind of rubbery
Like most, if not all cooked or processed mushrooms, they're rubbery. If you chew them long enough, they do taste good, but by the time they taste good, all of the other flavors in your mouth have disappeared. Cook them much longer than normal with sauces and stewsbto really bring out the flavor, maybe chop them up too.
