Better than the name brand

I love using canned potatoes and the Great Value brand has surpassed my expectations. I had been buying the national brand and thought I would give the Walmart brand a try. I was pleasantly surprised to see what nice quality these potatoes are. They actually are a better quality than the name brand. They are more uniform in size and have many fewer brown spots. In fact, in most of the cans, there are not brown spots that need to be removed. I highly recommend these canned potatoes.

Couldn't live without this ESSENTIAL pantry item!!

The perfect waxy potato. I haven't enjoyed a fresh potato since discovering the canned version. The potatoes hold their shape, taste great, and, best of all, the convenience factor of not having to wash, peel, and cook them! I find the Great Value brand every bit as good as major brand names.
