MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Empty contents into microwave-safe container. Stir in 1 can of water or milk if prefered. Cover and heat on hight for 2 1/2 - 3 minutes or until hot. Leave in microwave 1 minute, then stir and serve. STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS: Empty contents into saucepan. Slowly stir in 1 can of water or milk if preferred. Heat until simmering while stirring. Do not boil. Serve.

The Cheap way to lose weight.
Believe it or not i used this for a diet food. I used it in conjunction with a can of green beans or mixed vegetable to make it fill me up all the way full for 300 calories. Eating three to four bowls of this per day and i lost 5 pounds over a month. If you try it please remember the hard part is to believe that at 5-7 ft. tall that i could even eat the whole thing.

Great Value Chicken Noodle Soup is really good! I like all of the Great Value soups more than the other brand names. Great Value soups, including this one, just taste better to me. The broth in Great Value soups is seasoned to be more flavorful than other brands and the broth is not watered down.

How to lose weight and not pine for more.
Great for a diet meal as it is around 200 calories and to make you full just add a can of green beans or a can of mixed vegetables and it will fill you up full. I used it for lunch and dinner after having a big three egg omelette with a slice of cheese acutually 350 calorie with a slice of cheese and 4 table spoons of ketchup or if you really want something tasty some sweet and sour sauce to make it like you just ate a sweet meal like at Peking Pork which is a favorite of mine.
