Spaghetti sauce and you.
All pre-packaged spaghetti sauce is loaded with sodium. Really loaded, man. Salt is the true enemy in the American diet. I bought this jar for flavor, then I get great value tomato puree and mix the two. (Add tomato paste for a thicker sauce.) You can jazz it up any way you want, but we as Americans must cut way back on sodium. This method does not sacrifice so much flavor. Hey, diets can be fun...(yeah, right...

This sauce is just as good as Ragu sauce. I turn to this sauce every time I make spaghetti or lasagna. I enjoy cooking pasta for my family and they can't tell the difference between the sauce or a high-end sauce. I recommend the sauce for anybody on a budget or not on a budget. Thank you great value.
