Great for bulk prepped chicken
I really like using this for bulk prepped chicken. I mix it in a bowl with cold oil and water, to make a slurry, then coat my chicken (breasts, thighs, legs, etc) and bake. It makes prepping large batches of protein easy. Same when making burger casseroles, tamale casserole, tex-mex casserole, etc.
