It's about the vinegar, I like vinegar but a couple drops will take over the whole flavor. This stuff has less, and it actually tastes like mustard! I have been putting this on everything, and the bottle only lasted 2 weeks. Other types lasted me months. Who knew!

This stone ground mustard has a distinct flavor that never overwhelms what you're eating while still enhancing what you put it on. This mustard is much better than I ever expected it to be, I can't stand mustard, but when we made sandwiches with the brioche sandwich bread, added sprouts and spinach, OMG!!! Now I use it almost day, it perks up sandwiches, burgers, everything!!! And use in salad dressings, it's a game changer!
