Tastes great in spaghetti sauce too
Ricotta is my favorite layer of lasagna so I tried using it in my spaghetti sauce and WOW my family loves it. After I'm done cooking the sauce I add Ricotta and Parmesan for the last couple of minutes while the spaghetti noodles boil. I've bought a lot more ricotta lately.

Great Value brand really holds its own against the big brand names. The texture is great, it's nice and creamy....and let's not forget that wonderful sweet flavor of ricotta. We use in in lasagna, on toast with avocado chunks, and dollop it on a pasta dish.

Nice taste and consistency-Great Value
At 82, i'm trying to get more protein and tried this cottage cheese. I always give the Great Value brand a first try, and found this cottage cheese to be as good as anybody's product. I put my trail mix into a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for a healthful treat. I also use an 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with chopped onions, along with sardines. This is a quick and healthy meal. This cottage cheese has a good consistency in taste and size. I'd say it's a Great Value.
