I always buy the name brand of ricotta cheese, but it was not in stock so I thought I would try the Great Value brand. I was delighted with the texture and quality. I could not tell any difference between the Walmart brand and the name brand I had been buying. I will definitely buy this in the future.

Our family loves this ricotta cheese, when I make lasagna, I put it right in my sauce. It gives the sauce a very wonderful rich flavor and you don't have clumps of cheese throughout your lasagna it's evenly distributed. I've used it with my baked mostaccioli as well, people always ask, how do you make your sauce?? excellent price point.
