This really is a Great Value
I use a lot of this because our favorite salad dressing is Balsamic Vinaigrette so I make it frequently. I like to make my own salad dressings because they taste fresher, are less expensive, and I can avoid the extra ingredients used in ready-made dressings. We especially dislike gums and stabilizers and almost all of the pre-made salad dressings use them. This balsamic vinegar makes a great salad dressing and is very economical.
