Instructions
Directions: **Crust: **1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with 2 tbsp. sugar and 5 tbsp. melted butter in 8 or 9-inch pie plate. **2. Press mixture firmly on sides and bottom of pie plate. **Filling: **1. Pour 1 1/2 cups cold 2% milk into small bowl. Empty filling mix into bowl. **2. Mix on low speed until blended; then mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. Filling will be thick. **3. Spread filling into prepared crust. Chill at least one hour. **4. When ready to serve, dip the pie plate bottom up to the rim in hot water for 30 seconds. Cut and serve. **Refrigerate leftover cheesecake.

Extremely easy to make and vert versatile. I like to make it with a chocolate cookie base and add chocolate chips to the mixture also like the graham cracker crust with mandarin and ir strawberries. The list is endless. You can add lemon or whatever flavor you prefer to the mix. Tasty retro dessert!
Hubby and I were kids when this first came on the market. We were talking and thought, let's get one, just because. We did. It's been many, many years since we've eaten one of these. it set up nicely. Can't tell you if it's the same, but it tasted decent. Really wasn't getting cheesecake flavor. But it was still tasty.
