Would recomend freezing
let me just start out by saying I highley recomend just outting these in the frezzer for a nice yogurt popsicle. I am a grown adult and love these things. The packaging is great you dont have to hastle with trying to open each yogurt because the tab actually works. fantastic in the winter summer spring and fall.

easy to open, my kids love it, there's never half eaten tubes of yogurt laying around, I just wish it wasn't sold out so much. it's so cheap compared to gogurt but honestly it's better. Need more flavors too than just these 2.
