I have mixed this together with other rubs to add the lemon and pepper flavor. It tastes good. It's hard to tell the flavor after 4 hours of smoking on the grill and with it mixed with other rubs, but I'm sure that it adds to the entire spice texture. The smell right from the top of the bottle is obviously lemon pepper flavor, which seems good enough for me. Great product. I would buy it again. Oh, I forgot. I already bought it again.
