I have reconstituted dry milk for 67 years. I never run out of milk because when I notice my pitcher is getting low, I mix up a new batch. It tastes best when it is well chilled. I no longer drive, so I have to wait for my weekly delivery of groceries. I would run out of milk before that. I don't know if I'm saving money, but the convenience is worth it one way or the other. I hope you never discontinue selling dry milk in the large size.
