The soup is fantastic for recipes calling for mushroom soup. It is a bit salty so you may want to cut back on salt in recipes when you use the soup. It's perfect for things like beef stroganoff and green bean casserole. This is the best gluten free option that exists and the closest to non-gf condensed soup.

I was extremely impresses with the flavoring of Great Value Cream if Mushroom soup. I was thrilled to know I don't have to do without one of my favorites due to needing Gluten free. I personally think it tasted better than regular ones i have had in the past.
